El Paso Launches Survey to Improve City Vendor Services
The City of El Paso has launched an online survey to gather vendor feedback on its procurement services and identify opportunities for improvement. The survey is open through Sept. 18, 2026.

The City of El Paso Purchasing & Strategic Sourcing Department has launched an online survey seeking vendor feedback on experiences with City procurement.

The survey is intended to identify what is working, where vendors face challenges and how procurement processes and policies can be improved. Responses will be collected and summarized to guide ongoing improvements and make it easier for vendors to do business with the City.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and is open through Friday, Sept. 18, 2026. Respondents may also volunteer through the survey to participate in interactive focus group discussions with the City’s third-party consultant in September.
