PBS El Paso Joins El Paso Giving Day to Support Local Nonprofits

El Paso, TX — October 16, 2025

PBS El Paso is proud to once again take part in El Paso Giving Day, an online giving campaign powered by the Paso del Norte Community Foundation that inspires generosity and strengthens the nonprofit community across the region.

Now in its ninth year, El Paso Giving Day has become one of the region’s most impactful philanthropic traditions. Since its inception in 2016, the event has united thousands of donors and more than 260 local nonprofit organizations, raising nearly $1.8 million last year alone to support essential community services.

This year’s El Paso Giving Day will take place on Thursday, October 16, 2025, and PBS El Paso has set a goal to raise $10,000 to continue its mission of educational programming, community outreach, and storytelling that reflects the heart of the Borderplex region.

Supporters who are unable to give on October 16 can make an early donation between October 9 and October 15.
